On behalf of The Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA), Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) invites dynamic and suitable qualified Tanzanians to fill one (01) vacant post mentioned below;  

THE INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY ARUSHA (IAA)

The Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) is a parastatal academic institution offering undergraduate and postgraduate training courses. It is established by the Institute of Accountancy Act No.1 of 1990 (Cap 240 RE: 2002) and is located at Njiro Hill, seven kilometers Southern-East of Arusha City. The Institute has three working campuses of Dar es Salaam, Babati and Dodoma. It is underway to establish the fourth campus in Songea.

Ø  i. Applicants must attach an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) having reliable contacts, postal address/post code, e-mail and telephone numbers;

Ø  ii. All applicants must be Citizens of Tanzania;

Ø  iv. Applicants should apply on the strength of the information given in this advertisement;

Ø  v. Applicants must attach their certified copies of the following certificates:

·         Postgraduate/Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Certificates.     Postgraduate/Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma transcripts.                                     

o   Form IV and Form VI National Examination Certificates.                                                             

o   Professional Registration and Training Certificates from respective Registration or Regulatory Bodies, (where applicable).                                                                                      

o   Birth certificate

o   Form IV and form VI

Ø  vi. Attaching copies of the following certificates is strictly not accepted: -  results slips.

 

Testimonials and all Partial transcripts.

Ø  vii. An applicant must upload a recent Passport Size Photo in the Recruitment Portal;

Ø  viii. An applicant employed in the Public Service should route his application letter through his/her respective employer;

Ø  ix. An applicant who is retired from the Public Service for whatever reason should not apply;

Ø  x. An applicant should indicate three reputable referees with their reliable contacts;

Ø  xi. Certificates from foreign examination bodies for Ordinary or Advanced level education should be verified by The National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA).

Ø  xii. Professional certificates from foreign Universities and other training institutions should be verified by The Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) and National Council for Technical Education (NACTE);

Ø  xiii. A signed application letter should be written either in Swahili or English and Addressed to Secretary, Presidents Office, Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, P.O. Box 2320, Utumishi Building-University of Dodoma and Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings – Dodoma;

Ø  xiv. Deadline for application is 28 th September, 2022;

Ø  xv. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed the date of interview; and

Ø  xvi. Presentation of forged certificates and other information will necessitate legal action;
